Programs: Blueprints of Success

Madhuli Kulkarni offers the following Programs :

A. Be Aware :1.5 to 3 hours presentation, including 30 minutes Q&A with the audience. Topics are customised according to the clients’ requirements and objectives, or can be selected from the following:

  • My Game My Psychology.
  • Winning Mantra.
  • Hierarchy of Peak Performance.
  • Building a Winning Culture.
  • Sports injury and rehabilitation.

B. Understand & Apply: In-depth Workshops of 6 hrs and 12 hrs at different locations in India and online. Major mental training techniques are covered in the workshops. Limited to only 10 Pax per workshop.

  • Working with two dedicated and committed sports academies free of cost.

Madhuli Kulkarni and her team design a complete program for the athlete or team. Hence, it’s a program and not just session. We offer three different programs under individual counselling, considering the level at which the athlete is playing.

  • Analyze : 10 sessions spread over 5months. Each session will be of 45 minutes, done either face to face or through a video call.
  • Evaluate : 24 sessions spread over 8 months. Each session will be of 60 minutes, done either face to face or through a video call. Additionally, if need be up to 3 sessions done through phone calls at a mutually agreed time (Max. 30 mins each) during major competitions.
  • Create : 58 sessions spread over 14 months. Each session will be of 60 minutes, done either face to face or through a video call. Additionally, if need be up to 6 sessions done through phone calls at a mutually agreed time (Max. 30 mins each) during major competition.
  • A group of 4-7 Athletes from the same sporting field and affiliated to the same sports organization/academy.
  • 10 group sessions and 2 individual sessions spread over 6 months. Each session (group/individual) will be of 45 minutes, done either face to face or through a video call.
